Home Depot - Springfield Gardens

They did a good job.  The person that came in to do the job came with the best price.  They were independent plumbers.  They did what they said they would do.  They did the job in one day just as they said, on time.  Our heating bill is going down a bit.  They responded immediately and kept to the time table that they told us.  They were punctual and professional.

I didn't really ask Home Depot for advice. I knew more or less what I wanted and picked it out. They did advise me on vacuuming, measuring, and getting it installed. They were professional and courteous, but not above and beyond. More of what should be industry standard.

They were fine, but we decided to go with someone else. The salesman followed up with us several times and were very intuitive.

I would not recommend them to anyone, their customer service was bad. They were also pretty expensive for what you were buying.

The people that they sent were prompt and worked efficiently.  There wasn’t really much that we didn’t like.

Contractor was not in area, in another state-- subcontracted to fly-by-night workmen nearer without proper equipment.  Contractor preferred to do work when I wasn't there, wouldn't show up as scheduled when I took days off work.  Over a period of several weeks three different subcontractors showed up-- job finally completed one day when I was at work, no cleanup, harassed on Saturday evening for signature of completion.  Despite letters and telephone calls to Home Depot headquarters, only solution involved referrals back to contractor who eventually convinced Home Depot the problem was resolved.  A horrendous experience. 

The delivery was free. They were supposed to deliver it on July 4 and they came and couldn't get it up the stairs so they actually brought it a second time and didn't charge me for it. The guys that delivered it were great. They were very fast. I actually walked to the back of the house to look at something and when I came back up to the front, they had not only taken my old refrigerator out, they were on their way up the stairs with the new one. They were really fast on getting the old refrigerator out and the new one out of the carton and up the stairs. The pricing was good. It was a sale item and they usually have good sales. There were only two gentlemen and they delivered a huge refrigerator and they had no problem getting it in to the space and through the door. When they had come in they saw they couldn’t get it up the stairs because my mother had a lift on the stairs, so they actually measured the space to make sure that it would fit when I took the thing off the stairs. They doubled checked which I thought was great. They called half an hour before they came and they were here within that time. I would use them again.

They did a good job. I don’t have any complains. The construction was done from where it needed to be done. They were quick. The job was done in one day. I would use them in the future.

They were very good, just very expensive. They do their financing through a bank that is not great, but the work is excellent. They did everything in about 2 days. I would say everything is great except their financing which is not really them, it's through the bank. If you pay off the amount in a year it's interest free and that's pretty good, but with the interest it's a little pricey.

They were very good. They used outside contractors and they really screened those guy. They made sure that everybody had the necessary licenses and they also guaranteed the work. If there was any problem with anything that these work men did, Home Depot made it right.

The lady that answered the phone was very nice. She looked things up for me on the computer, but they couldn't help me. They gave me a name and number to call, but I got no answer from the other company.

HOME DEPOT IS AN AWESOME COMPANY. THEY DO SO MANY DIFFERENT SERVICES FOR THE HOME. THEY REPLACED OUR ENTIRE ROOF AND DID IT FOR AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. WE PLAN TO HAVE A LOT MORE THINGS REMODELED BY THEM.

THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL IN MAKING SURE I GOT ENOUGH TILE TO DO THE JOB. THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR FLOORING NEEDS.

HOME DEPOT IS A WONDERFUL STORE! WHEN I RETURNED HOME TO SEE MY FLOORS, I WAS VERY SURPRISED BY THE WONDERFUL JOB THEY HAD PERFORMED. THE FLOOR IS SO SHINY AND SPARKLING CLEAN.

THEY HAVE HIGH-END, QUALITY MATERIALS AND THEY ARE EASY TO FIND. HOWEVER, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. YOU CAN NEVER FIND ANYONE TO HELP YOU.

THEY DID AN OKAY JOB. NOTHING WAS DONE HOW IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SO I WAS UPSET. IT IS NOT BAD LOOKING. BUT YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU WANT AND THAT WAS MY WHOLE POINT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN JUST AS LONG AS WE GET THINGS CLEAR.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND MY KITCHEN FLOOR LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND HAD THE JOB FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

HOME DEPOT IS AN EXCELLENT APPLIANCE STORE. EVERYTHING IS WELL-WORTH THE PRICE AND QUALITY. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE PROMPT REPAIR. BEFORE I KNEW IT, MY MACHINE WAS WORKING LIKE NEW.

THEY WERE DESCENT. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH. THEY CAME AND DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. OVERALL I THINK THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BECAUSE WE REALLY DIDN'T HAVE ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH ANYTHING.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME AND VERY EFFICIENT. MY KITCHEN CABINETS WERE SMOOTH AND GLAMOROUS, THE ENTIRE KITCHEN LOOKED LIKE A DREAM COME TRUE.
