My wife and her mom tried to buy a car there. They actually chose one and left a downpayment.
When the salesmen saw two women in the showroom to pick up the car they started their ripoff. First, they brought out a different car than the one they chose - different trim, moulding etc. Then when my wife reviewed the paperwork she saw a higher finance rate than they'd been told. Beware the finance guy even more than the salesmen. I had to go there myself to pull them out of this snake pit. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

I have been a customer of Hillside Honda for many years. On average, it is a very convenient solution for me. I am able to drop my car and pick it up after work. I get good advice for a car that is driven sporadically. I get a phone call giving me an update on the status. The work that is done is very good. Hillside Honda offers coupons and other arrangements for maintenance. I have had mostly good luck with some of the coupons meaning that the coupons apply to the service I need.

They got the work done with no problems. The quality of work was good because I have no complaints, nothing broke. The price was high because I took it in for one thing and they ended up fixing three or four different things. I thought it was going to be $300 but it was more like $1200. The price was a lot higher than I expected. I would take my car back to them only if I had to. The way the Honda warranty works you can only take it to certain Honda dealerships. If I had to I would, otherwise no.

They are excellent. The work was expensive. They are friendly and they are pretty upfront about my needs. They don't recommend something if I don't need it. The waiting area is comfortable. All the service people are extremely professional and nice. I will continue to use them.

Two years ago I bought a car from the same salesman and his honesty and politeness brought us back. I have never ran into any surprises. The time it took to go through the paperwork was a little too long though. I highly recommend them.
