I signed a contract and paid them $500 on 8/21/2015. Prior to coming out, the secretary called and said that they made a mistake with the railings and would have to take another week to get things straightened out. They eventually delivered the railings to the incorrect address so they had to remove them and bring them to my house. I did not accept them because it was not the product I ordered. I called the office and told them I wanted money back since the work was not performed.

The railing on the ramp was not measured correctly by their employee and it was brought back to the factory to be fixed. What they did was bend it to the right size and spray paint it with some cheap paint that did not match the other railings.After 6 mons. the railing started to chip .
The railing was finally removed, stripped and painted correctly and reinstalled.
