I like the fact that they were very thorough, professional, hard working. They provide good service and work. They cleaned after themselves. The price was right. Communication was very good. They didn't over-commit. They delivered what thy claimed they would. There was no haggling. There was no 'after the fact.' There was no hitting me up for any additional fees or funds or anything like that. Interaction was very good. Rapport was very good. The system is working for six years without a glitch. I had a bid at the time and they were definitely the most reasonable. They were also recommended at that time from Brooklyn Union Gas. The National Grid recommended them. Quality is excellent. Responsiveness is exceptional. I'll definitely use them again.

Honestly, I haven't had a need for the any service ever since. It's been working for us, six years. They're excellent. I like the fact that the price was reasonable. They submitted the permit to the city of New York and they did all the work properly. They were very clean, thorough, quick and very professional. They had a very large team of people--I think 4 or 5 people working at the same time--to get the job done quickly. I like all those things about them. The interaction was very good. The lead engineer was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. His work was excellent. The price was excellent. For a tune up, that was reasonable. I think I had to insist that they take the money. I'll definitely use them again.
