Bella's Cleaning Service

This was bought as a Angie's List deal and the provider never performed the task. Have never gotten my money back from Angies List nor the provider.

I noticed afterwards that certain things were missing from my house.

Bella's Cleaning Service were okay. They weren't spectacular or anything. They're average housekeepers and they don't stand out. 

They were great and were very neat and organized.  They completed it in a very methodical way. They were very diligent.  Scheduling was OK. We needed to cancel once but we rescheduled to my scheduling needs and they were on-time for that appointment.

I contacted them to do work before Christmas, I did get a call back and she was going to call me but never did. I tried 3 more times and still no call back.  I am seeking a refund from Angie's List.

They were great

They continuously rescheduled and failed to show up.  I would like a refund please.

Unreliable, didn't fulfill her responsibilities.  Left me high and dry when I purchased her services.  I wouldn't hire her to clean my doghouse.  She can't be depended upon to show up when she says she will.  Thoroughly disgusted with her lack of professionalism, and her blatant disregard for other people. 

On the scheduled date she never showed up or even bothered to make a phone call to at least let me know why or to reschedule. Very irresponsible!

It took a very long time to even get in touch with Bella. Then when I did reach her, she didn't show up twice for the scheduled cleaning. I am now getting a refund on this.

The problem began when Bella did not arrive at the schedule time.I allowed her at least 45 minutes to arrive and when she didn't I called .She said she was on her way but by that time it was too late in the day to begin cleaning my house. I took time off of work for this and lost money. After that we made another schedule but then she texted to ask if she could come another day...O K...We could not agree on a time ...I texted her this week and also left a voice message...she has not responded and quite honestly I would like a refund.This is not a professional service.

It is very easy to communicate with Bella, either by phone or through the Angie's List Messages function. I was able to schedule my appointment a week in advance. Bella and another woman arrived at my home on time and asked what needed to be done. They worked quick and efficiently and completed everything to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend her and her staff and will be using her in the future.

The cell phone number I had would go immediately to voice mail. I did not always get a timely response to the message left. The message board at Angie's list worked better, but after three weeks of trying to get a date that was good for both of us I cancelled the request for service.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine. She is great, I would use her again. I told her that I would need extra time on the work, and so I paid extra. She was easy to communicate with, and she came when said she would come.

Service provider failed to show up for a scheduled cleaning on Sept 12th. After multiple calls, I finally received a call back today on Sept. 24th. I wanted the house clean to be performed before we were having guests over for my sons 2nd birthday party. I wanted the service at a specific time and no longer need or want the service anymore.

Never showed up for cleaning appointment on Saturday, 9/21/13.  Never called to cancel.  Did not answer phone or return multiple voice mails from both my wife and myself.

Everything went very well.  Bella and her assistant were thorough and accomplished more than I thought they would be able to in only 2 hours (i.e. 2 hours each).  They did exactly what I asked and I was quite satisfied.   I have already made arrangements to have them return next week!

Bella has a profession demeanor,  She carefully assessed what needed  to be done. The house was cleaned well; bathrooms and kicthen were shining.  She was very pleasant and I will be happy to use her again.

Bella and a helper arrived on time. They brought their own vacuum cleaner. I supplied cleaning supplies. Helper vacuumed and dusted and cleaned bathroom. Bella cleaned the kitchen till it shined. She cleaned dining room and windexed all the glass on my china closet. The helper vacuumed and dusted all the bedrooms to satisfaction. Bella was friendly and we chated a bit as she cleaned the kitchen. Her helper was quiet and went about her job. They completed their work in the 2 hour time frame. My regular housekeeper was away. I would call Bella again if my regular housekeeper was not available.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was good.  The lady was good.  She did what she was supposed to do.  My experience with her was good.
