+ -1 moreWe had an exceptional experience working with Fred, Danny and the rest of the team at Arta Restoration. We renovated a bathroom and the work was executed with care and pride and the result is stunning. With any construction project, there are bumps along the way, and Arta handled these with professionalism and good communication, and we felt we had a collaborator and partner in the process. We live in a co-op that has a lot of rules about proper licensing and insurance, access to the building, and time restrictions for work. Arta was flexible and responsive in this restrictive situation. They were able to restructure their work when materials did not come in on time. Their original estimate was clear and fair and they stayed to budget. They were punctual, reliable and paid close attention to every detail. We are so delighted with our new bathroom and would unconditionally recommend Arta Restoration to our neighbors, friends and colleagues.
Description of Work: Bathroom restoration in a pre-war cooperative building. All finishes replaced - wall and floor tiles, tub, shower fixtures, shower doors, vanity, toilet, lighting, wall fixtures, light switches and plugs, detail painting.
