I scheduled a day for the contractor to come over, review what I wanted
done and provide me an estimate.  I took the day off from work and
waited for someone who never came or called.

It did not go well. workman came late. He was dirty and unprofessional. Was unable to fix problem. Made a big mess, cleaned up with papertowel. Had to refer to the Drain Doctor. nightmare for wife and family.
