We wanted to use a local retailer rather than going to one of the big box stores. Twenty years ago, we purchased all of our kitchen appliances from Thayer and we were very satisfied, so we decided to go there again. They carry a wide variety and good selection of appliances, and many of them are high end models. We ended up buying an Electrolux. The sales gentleman was very experienced and knowledgeable and made all the arrangements to place our order. Several weeks later, they came to install the dishwasher and took the old one away. The process was seamless.
