+ -1 moreLandlord does not answer phone for days at a time. What do you do in case of an emergency??? Does not answer door Did not appear for scheduled appointment. Did not respond to multiple calls to reach them over several days. Their voicemail has been full and not accepting messages for an entire week. The basement laundry at 210 N Geneva Street has an "exterior entrance" which is dug out under the deck, with waist high dirt held up on either side by warped boards. You have to duck down so you don't hit your head, there is no lighting at entry, and appears very unsafe. I would not rent from this landlord if you want to have a safe, responsive, and pleasant renter experience.
