Excellent, reliable uncompromising. Having to choose just one category of work done for me by Greenspun Building is too limiting. Due to their quality work I have contracted them to do a variety of jobs on several projects. Past work includes installing rubber, metal, asphalt roofing, roofing repairs, gutter installations, roof & side entry framing, and historic rail carpentry work. Good follow-through, years later when painters pushed gutters too far from roof fascia, Greenspun Builders came back to repair free of charge.

As a local landlord- (I own and manage five multi-unit properties) I am constantly balancing between getting a job done as quickly as possible, getting a job done for a fair price, and getting extremely high quality work for my money. After having worked with multiple contractors I am excited to have found Greenspun Building and Design as they manage to consistently perform above and beyond my exacting expectations. They are attentive of my needs, respectful and accommodating of my tenants and most importantly their work is of top quality. In terms of bang for my buck I have not found anyone who can beat them. For example they remodeled two of my bathrooms last year and as expected I have never had to look back- they still look like they were built yesterday despite a year of heavy college student use. I can't recommend Greenspun Building and Design enough.
