Gary Burgess did a beautiful, professional job, cleaned up the mess, left me some remnants at my request, came when he said he would, and gave me an excellent reference for a carpet cleaning service. I'd certainly hire him again.I have no experience with any other installers who may work for the same company.

I have hired them on many occasions. Each time I simply call and someone is there, usually the same day, to look at the space and measure. They listen to my needs and make recommendations. They give me an estimate of the cost and we set a date for installation. They have never let me down on budget or schedule. They will call in suppliers to consult on special needs and order samples if I need to see it. Their installer, Ken, can usually work nights or weekends to meet my needs and does a great job. I have recommended them many times and have never heard a bad review.
