They were great to work with! They did a great job of creating a good custom fit for our desires, and they let us cut corners by buying several things ourselves, which they served (alcohol, cake). Many people at our wedding approached us and told us how delicious the food was. One item that they served was herbed lemon chicken with a citrus and peppercorn sauce. I was delighted when I saw that they were barbecuing the chicken on site, and it was delicious! All told, they served great food, were courteous the whole way through, were prompt and ready, had a lot of experience to bring to the table, and were enjoyable to interact with.
