 + -1 moreOur piano hadn't been tuned in over 10 years and was way off, mostly very flat. Ileen tuned it so it was self consistent, but still a little flat, which won't be a problem for now since we won't be playing it with other instruments. She did a great job, and we will definitely have her come back in a year and perhaps then we'll get it up where it should be. She fixed a few sticky keys. Very professional job overall, took a little more than an hour.

 + -1 moreShe arrived on time and set to work. Very pleasant person to have in the house. She worked until the thing was in tune and touched up a few non-tuning problems in the piano. Highly skilled, good piano tuner.
