Our piano hadn't been tuned in over 10 years and was way off, mostly very flat. Ileen tuned it so it was self consistent, but still a little
flat, which won't be a problem for now since we won't be playing it with other instruments. She did a great job, and we will definitely have her come back in a year and perhaps then we'll get it up where it should be. She fixed a few sticky keys. Very professional job overall, took a little more than an hour.

She arrived on time and set to work. Very pleasant person to have in the house. She worked until the thing was in tune and touched up a few non-tuning problems in the piano. Highly skilled, good piano tuner.
