They're very good and responsive. They're reasonable, professional, and honest. They don't tell me to replace what doesn't need to be replaced. They're competent in giving explanations about the work that needs to be done.

At 1 PM on a Friday afternoon, my muffler suddenly detached and began dragging. I was about 6 blocks from Hunt's, so with great embarrassment and expecting the worst, I managed to drive there. Hunt's has not been my first port of call, but I have used them in the past and felt good about things. Despite having no appointment, they were able to diagnose, order parts and complete the repair in less than 3 hours. I have no idea if the price is typical, but it didn't feel outlandish, and I was so grateful to have a repaired car for the weekend. These guys just feel so trustworthy, and that's coming from a generally suspicious single woman.

Hunts has been my go to garage for many years but my last trip here was from an auto mishaps where a lady ran a red light and t-boned my dump truck. Hunts took my truck right in and made the repairs. Fortunately for me it was only a bent tie rod. These are good honest folks!

IThe service was very prompt and professional. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. They explain things in layperson's terms and provide options when appropriate. This last serive was minor, but we have had major service (e.g brake replacement) performed by Hunt's in the past.

I have always found Hunt's to do quality work and I have never felt that they do unnecessary work. They are straightforward with how much the repair will cost and which items are necessary versus their recommendation.

Could not have been better. Car ready when I asked, they call before doing any work, no charge for topping off my AC.Their prices are very fair. For the ABS code they could have sold me anything, but they did diagnostic and it was a bad wire in the harness; much cheaper. Same with the engine code, did diagnostic and turned out that my gas filler cap had dirt built up on the sealing surfaces, all it needed was a cleaning. Again could have sold me a bunch of parts.I switched to them three years ago as my old place started to be shady and want to do extra work, Hunts has always only done what was actually needed, and as stated before their prices are very fair. So far no recalls, work always done right the first time.

During routine service it was suggested that I change out a couple of consumable parts on my truck. I was charged 300% over list price for parts and had to return a second time because they never completed the work the first time, although they notified me that my truck was finished and ready for pick up. I was lucky I checked their work when I got home and found it incomplete.
