These gentlemen were responsive from the first phone call. They showed up on time, did their work quickly and made small adjustments in the plan that we made without any fuss. They completed a fairly large job in one day. My only complaint was that rather than streamlining cleaning up where our old, electric water heater was, they left a big unnecessary long maze of copper pluming exposed. No a big deal in a utility room, but it could have been cleaned up with an equal amount of work. Overall A.
