Extremely late--evidently did not order the flooring although took our payment in full. When finally installed, installed incorrectly. Had to be ripped out and then we were told we would have to wait two months for them to complete job correctly. Our sense was that they were miffed that they insisted they redo the job to specifications. Ultimately performed the work, still with errors such as floor not lining up entirely to doorway--which in turn caused other problems when our contractor sought to place threshold over the work. Later learned they charged the insurance company for work they did not perform such as putting down thresholds. Throughout this time did not respond to phone calls, generally unavailable.
