 + -1 moreJoe Waters and his crew did a fine job. He was trustworthy, returned our calls, did excellent work. In this time when everyone is wary about contractors, he more than earned our admiration.
Description of Work: We renovated our house with Waters Construction, pushing out the back about 15 feet, enlarging our kitchen, putting a bedroom over the kitchen, in a town with a very picky architectural review board. The company took down the back walls, laid some foundation, sunk a drywell, did the construction work.
