Called in morning came at 2 p.m. same day. Richie was mechanic and removed damaged pulley. I tried earlier, but could not manage. He than attached new pulley with cable in place and tested the operation of the door. He also advised me on the type of new doors which are best for my needs.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS PROMPT AND ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK. IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT ONE HOUR TO DO THE WORK. I THINK THE PRICE MAY HAVE BEEN A LITTLE HIGH.
