My physical exam was complete and thorough. Dr Frances had my medical records sent from my previous doctor and reviewed years worth of test results. The recommendations that she made were based on my exam and my history. Her explanations were clear and her manner was considerate. These days finding a doctor who is so caring is rare. I think highly of her and have recommended her to other family members.
