I got rid of Microsoft years ago and switched to EarthLink; as I didn't like Microsoft service and was always having problems with getting connections. EarthLink also helps me prevent spam from coming into my inbox and keeps my mail onto EarthLink's net until I download it into my computer. For spam there is a section for Suspect mail and Known spam (the limit for each person is 400 known spam messages that you can list). You also have the option of up to 8 different email addresses as well as anonymous. I've also switched to its DSL for $39.99 a month. It's pretty fast and so far I haven't had any troubles. Whenever I have had problems I've called their hotline and they have helped, and in situations they have gotten back to me regarding my problem within a reasonable period of time. They can also access my computer and fix the problem if the instructions are too complicated for me to handle. All in all they provide a pretty good service I just wish it was for less money per month.
