BILL BOUCHER AUTOBODY SHOP

I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto body repairs.

This auto body shop was recommended by my insurance co. I chose it because they are conveniently located between my home and office. When I initially brought the car to be evaluated I was pleasantly surprised by the very nice, clean waiting area and office area.  The staff helped me right away.  They were very flexible scheduling the work and were willing to make it most convenient to my schedule.

Once  the work was done they were extremely accommodating me to arrange picking up the car.  They were even willing to drop the car off at my house. 

The owner, Bill, is a true gentleman. 

I had not previously had a need for auto body work, but had heard Bill Boucher Auto body had a good reputation and I knew that they had been in the community for many years. Everyone I interacted with at Bill Boucher's was friendly and professional.  Even though this was just a minor repair, they treated me like an important customer. The fender well repair is as good as new. Based on my experience, I would absolutely use them for any future autobody repairs and recommend them to friends. Mechanics and auto repair places typically have bad reputations and it was really nice to find an honest and fair repair place.

The quality of work is OK. They are completely not reliable for timely repair. A small front bumper and hood damage was estimated by Progressive Insurance Company as 8 days repair. It took them 32 days. During this time the owner was hard to get on the phone and when he got on the phone he was unpleasant to talk to. When I went to pick up my car he demanded payment in cash. When I insisted on paying with CC or check he became arrogant ant insulting. I had to call the Police to get my truck. He does not have any respect to the customer. I do not recommend this Auto Body Shop to anybody.

Allstate referred his company as a "PRO auto body shop. This means job guaranteed. Allstate paid me for estimated damage and Boucher auto body accepted the amount. I had a $500 deduction which I paid. I waited 15 days for the car to be completed but he said parts were back ordered because the car was new. They were very nice to deal with and the car looked great when done. Never know any body work was done.

These guys are really good. I've used them for years and they have kept my old Mercury looking like new. They have fixed every problem with my Mercury and they always do it very professionally. I recommend them highly, a very reliable mechanic.
