Rich was on time and completed both jobs in less than two hours. He is meticulously neat and clean. The cost of the work was reasonable.

Great from start to finish. Pleasure to work with Rich. Perfect combo of professional and casual, no pressure. Always returned calls fast, even when I tried to stress to the person who answered the phone that he didn't have to call back (just trying to make sure we were all on the same page as the process went along). Kept me advised as we moved through the process of having a gas line run so I can cook like a human being again (ha!) And we needed a water line for our new fridge. Such a smooth process. The Town inspector surprised us ALL asking for a concrete filled steel pipe to protect my meter, which was 5 feet away from my driveway, so everyone said I got a stickler. I got a reasonable quote from Rich to have it done, he seemed apologetic that it was even asked for. It's a new house for us, we are on one income and we didn't need unexpected fees popping up on a project that was supposed to be simple. When I mentioned my contractor helping with other things might be able to do it for less he was gracious about it and was fine with someone else doing it as long as it was done properly and the permit could be closed. I ended up having my contractor do it. I got a quote from Rich for moving a radiator too, future project. Happy with the quote. My contractor asked for Rich's info for moving a gas line and I was thrilled to pass along the referral. I don't know if they'll work together but I was happy to recommend Rich. We also got a quote from another highly rated Angie's list company, a larger one. Their rate and Rich's were very close and my husband and I like to give business to smaller businesses in a situation like this. Glad we did. I highly recommend Rich and will use him again if the situation arises. Maybe if we convert to gas for heating! Or bathroom Reno to move pipes. My house has a ton of projects to bring it into the 20th Century!

I have no issues at all with the work since completed

Rich was responsive and called back after my initial call within an hour. He called as stated the next morning, arrived when he said he would, diagnosed, gave an estimate, and repaired my central air system and had me back to comfortable temps within hours. He suggested more work that I needed but did not push it and said I could wait to do that work at another time. He was respectful, courteous, prompt, reliable, professional. I will most definitely call his company again for my future needs. Do not hesitate to use his services. He also jumped in when I asked his assistance as a courtesy to turn off my sprinkler system for another contractor who arrived to work in my yard. Highly recommend.

I called Bellmore plumbing to replace the gas furnace in my house. The old one died right in the middle of the winter. Richie kept the old one working for a couple of days while he ordered the new one. In one day he removed the old furnace and installed the new one. He was really efficient and had the furnace humming in a few hours. Richie is very meticulous in setting up the furnace, heat zones and pumps so that they are very easily accessible down the road. Richie also removed and installed all my prehistoric convectors and installed new, more efficient ones. I had him also install a Kohler whole house generator. When he works you don't even know there is a repairman in the house. He does the work and cleans up like he was never there. If you want a knowledgeable, reliable, dependable and an all around great guy to take care of all your plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services you found the right guy. 

 

Rich did a variety of plumbing and heating repairs on my late parents’ house over many years and was always reliable, competitively priced, and sensitive to the needs of seniors – for example, getting repairs done quickly when there was a problem with the heating system. He is a pleasure to do business with, and I would recommend him highly.

They do very good work but I thought the price was way out of line. It only took him about ten minutes to do the job.

It was great, he was an excellent contractor. It was on an emergency basis and I had called a couple of different companies. He definitely seemed to know more about what he was doing and offered one of the best prices. He and a coworker spent a very long day, around 11 hours, working on the job and it was also on the day before Thanksgiving. They even put covers on their shoes before walking in the house. They were very respectful of my home.

They are quick on repairs and maintenance. They are neat, organized, and all around good guys. Their prices are fair for the work that they do.

Very poorly. The guy who came told me it would be $250 dollars just to make a hole in the wall to get to the vent. He pulled out a knife and in two seconds made a 4 inch by 4 inch hole. He attached the pipe back to the vent (Three days later it came back off) and charged me over $400.00 for 15 minutes work.

BELLMORE PLUMBING IS A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY TO HAVE WORK ON YOUR BOILER. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THE STAFF OR THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE ON MY BOILER.

I HAVE USED THEN ONCE BEFORE AND THEY DID SUCH A FANTASTIC JOB. WE MADE THE DECISION TO USE THEM AGAIN. THEY GAVE US A DISCOUNT FOR THE SERVICES THEY PERFORMED.
