'Nothing is more annoying than setting up an appointment, having it confirmed the day before and then not having the service provider not show up or call. That was the second time. The first was similar except I called him to find out what happened. The excuse was something about an ill relative. If you run a business and purport to have an "office" there should be no excuse for the office not to have a schedule of appointments and not call clients           who are waiting for the plumber to show up. Am I going to call again? No way! Nobody gets a third bite of that apple.
