They came 5 hours late, the man did not have the right columns, had larger columns that he said he would not charge me. The columns that were installed look bad. The cap cracked, they did not screw on the porch railings completely onto the columns. I have been calling since April, and nobody speaks English. The guy who did the work originally no longer works there. They said they were going to repair it, that was more than a month ago and I haven't heard from them since. The handrailing they installed is also not angled correctly. I would not recommend them to anybody.

THE WORKERS WERE PUNCTUAL AND DID A QUICK JOB. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE GATES. THE WORKERS DID WHAT THEY CAME TO DO AND DID NOT LEAVE ANY MESSES. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE GATES.
