SUFFOLK GLASS INC

I dropped off 2 slider storm windows, from a sun room, on 10/28. They gave me a price of $160, which I thought was high, but I didn't say anything, They even made me wait a long time, for someone to get off the phone, so I could get an estimate. They told me they would be ready in a couple of days. I called back 13 days later and they hadn't even started yet. I took my windows back. I went to a place in Patchogue that I had used last year. They charged me less than half the price and said they would be done the next day. I only used All Suffolk Glass because I was visiting someone in the area. I grew up in Islip and had used them for auto glass back in the 80's and 90's and they were OK. Maybe they changed owners? ButIi will never use them again!!!.

My windshield was totally shattered by a large piece of ice that flew off another car when I was driving to work. When the provider my insurance recommended would not get to me for 2-3 days I called Suffolk Glass and they were just great. They really put the customer first. From Karen, who took the call and promised to arrange for the guys to come to my workpalce to repair my windshield, to Steve and Mickey, who were friendly, professional and did excellent work, my experience with this company was such a pleasure.

Office person very friendly and helpful. Conference called insurance company (who was also very helpful and agreed to replace glass without any hassle). Glass technicians showed up (at our house) on time and did work in a professional manner. Transferred windshield stickers. Cleaned up afterwards

I was referred to Suffolk Auto Glass by Gerber National Glass Services, who provides glass services for my insurance company. They were able to fit me in for a Saturday appointment at my home. The technician called to confirm the appointment that morning as promised, he arrived on time, completed the repair quickly and answered my questions. He did a clean, high quality job and was even able to transfer my registration and inspection stickers without shredding them.
