SPLIT SECOND AUTO REPAIR

I called early in the morning and asked if they could fit me in for a NY state inspection, and they said come right over. I was there 15 minutes later, and my car was being inspected 15 minutes later. They told me that my tires were bad and showed me how they were cracking, and one spot the side of the tire even I could see was about to split and give me a blowout. I knew my tires would need to be replaced soon, but was hoping they could go a bit longer. The guys at Split Second said they couldn't in good conscience give my car a pass with the tires the way they were, so Alex did a little checking and showed me a list of tires I could choose from, including one that was on sale. I ended up going for the one they recommended since tires are an investment and I was good tires that will last. The ones they recommended were highly rated and not too expensive. They had the tires in stock, so they put the tires on, and about an hour later my car was ready. By the time I left, the waiting room was full, so if I'd come any later in the day I expect I would have had a longer wait, but they seemed to keep everything moving at a reasonable pace. Overall, I'm pleased with their service.

They were honest with their service at the time that I went. They did it in a timely manner. They were cheaper than others. The quality was great. They were good.

I have been going to him for more than a couple of years now. They are really good and have performed work on the exhaust system, tires and on the engine. They are helpful and the price is always great. I would recommend anyone. The gentle man there is very helpful. They are very trustworthy and would not take advantage of you at any point of time. I will continue to use them.
