Awful. The employee provided fraudulent insurance and Primma wrote to my management company that he was their employee. The insurance issue was never cleared up and the employee wasn't permitted to finish the work. My money was never refunded. Primma is now denying Art Parinello (his brother) worked for him even though I have it in writing.
