 + -1 moreWhile we were in the store, we received attentive service and thought that this would be a good experience. We were told that the furniture would arrive within four or five weeks. It took over two months--during which no one called to inform us about the delay or to reassure us that the furniture was on its way. When the furniture arrived, one of the end tables (a small table costing $500.00 --so expensive we were told because it is made in the US) had a chip in it. We did not notice it until the delivery men left (they had turned the chipped portion of the table to the wall when they moved it in). We noticed the chip almost immediately and called the store. Instead of a replacement, Houssain sent us touch-up paint with no directions or apologies. Apparently there is absolutely no warranty on any of the furniture!!! This furniture is available at many other stores. I would advise: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! ONCE THEY GET YOUR ORDER YOU ARE FORGOTTEN!!!!!
Description of Work: We ordered furniture--loveseat, two chairs, coffee table and two end tables.

 + 0 moreThey put the order in and I got it 6 weeks later. It was fine. They were great. I've ordered furniture from them and so has my sister. They are very good. The price was good for the pads. Their furniture is a little expensive but it is good quality. It took a little while for the dining room set we ordered.
Description of Work: I used Out Of The Box Furniture for table pads for a small table. I bought the table there so they didn't have to come and measure.
