DELL COMPUTERS

They were terrible.  Dell computer comes with a year guarantee but they never fixed my computer, I had to bring it to somebody else.  They don't understand me because they are in a foreign country.

It went terrible. I sent them a message complaining about it. They were slow in responding to the problem and it took over a month. They sent over three different technicians and the third one finally resolved the problem, but it should not have taken that long.

Dell was great to me. They not only sold me a great computer at a very good price, but they solved a problem my computer was having all of the time right over the phone. I have cancer, so that means a lot to me. They saved me a trip to a local store and probably a hundred dollars or more because they went out of their way to help me and figure out what the problem was. I think quite highly of Dell now. They really go the extra mile to help you out.

I found Dell to be excellent. I really have only good things to report about them. My computer is great. They are quite helpful in helping you decide what type of machine will best suit your needs based on your situation. I am also happy to report that so far, the machine has done very well. I find it easy to use and I know that they will always be there for me if I need some help or if I have any questions that I need answered. I really have been impressed with Dell to date in all respects.

Talk to anyone though, and the number one complaint is their customer service department. Lots of people feel like the service stinks, but I think they're average. I am not totally convinced the products they sell are all that they are cracked up to be, though. That's why I have been updating our computers within this past year. They are what I would call okay. They can help you sometimes and their prices are not bad.

I AM HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT, BUT NOT OVERJOYED. I WOULD NOT BUY ANOTHER COMPUTER OR ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM AGAIN. THERE ARE MORE RELIABLE COMPANIES OUT THERE.
