ISLANDIA DRY CLEANERS

When I got them back, they were stained which looked like coffee, which me and my fiancé dont drink. She said the stains were there and hey couldn't get them off, mind you they were all over so there is no way anyone could have missed the hem especially on white robes. She sent them back again and once again the they could not get the stains that they put on them out. She blamed me and first told me she did not look at the tag and did not notice any stains. Then told me that now she remembers the stains and they don't put stains on items. I asked to speak with thehemheyhehat hem owner or manager and she said he is not there and does not come in. So I asked for his number and she refused. So I asked her to give him my number and have him call me. She said she did and I never got a call. In the end I was blamed for the stains which they did not even refund me for what I paid. And they dry cleaned them instead of laundering them like the tag says. So I am out 2 $100 Ralph Lauren robes plus the $26 they charged me to "launder" them.
