We asked them to replace 2 sprinkler heads and they charged $325!! It was such a rip off! You can buy the heads at home depot for like 30 bucks!!!. Do not use them!

They're reliable and they do the job at a fair price. This is a good company.

It was not a big project and was really a minor thing. They were good, came when they said they would, laid the line and left. It was all good. They were professional, neat and clean. They did the job in a timely fashion and I had no problems with what they did.

Contacted Hi Tech a year earlier. Their estimate for my system was on par or less than the other companies listed on Angie's List. Called them back this past March 2013. They gladly accepted their prior estimate. Work completed was beyond my expectations. As noted my sprinkler system was a year in the making. Would recommend to anyone. Congrats to Hi Tech.

Technician called me to tell me I needed a new plug to the system because it was burnt from the water. The part would cost me $300. Few weird things, there is a canopy over the unit, after researching the item online, it is actually only a $85 part, the estimate first said $250, then it was changed to $300. It is now three weeks later and I'm still waiting for the office to tell me what it is that I need. No one can find paperwork, the Tech doesn't remember anything and told the office that I didn't need any part, and the and quot;bossand quot; was suppose to call me a week ago!

The gentlemen very pleasant and did great job with our system.

They provide excellent service overall! They installed the system in ’94 and we have continued to use them since for service.
