The fence they installed was the height that we wanted, but the spacing was too far apart. I would have never chosen this type of fencing due to the spacing because the purpose of the fence is for our dogs, and I would never want their noses to get stuck in between the slats. When the company came out to install the fence, I told them this was not what I ordered, but they told me that I had to take it anyway. I was very upset about this. The next day they came to finish up the job, and I agreed to not pay them the full amount yet, due to the fact that the job was not yet complete and it was incorrect. I was then told that the owner of the company told them to rip up the fence and take it with them, leaving me out of thousands of dollars, as well as my dogs without a fence to keep them inside the property.

"The fence on your CONTRACT that you signed off on is exactly what you received and got installed. You and our sales consultant discussed it and you chose it from the brochure and its specifically made for dogs- it is called PUPPY RAIL on our Morgan series and it is what you received. They do not make anything else that has the spindles spacing any closer in aluminum. Our crew worked on your project for two days and it wasn't until the end of the 2nd day that you decided that you did NOT like it and at that point the entire job had been installed. Yes, the first day you didn't pay us because you SAID the job was completed which was no problem, but the 2nd day you wrote a check out for less than what your BALANCE due was and a note that says " this is what I think your job is worth $1600 for your material because i did not like it, and $1650 for your labor" meanwhile your balance DUE was $4900 not the $3250 you said was what you thought the job was worth after you gave my crew that check is when they called the supervisor and YES he did say if she doesn't give you a check for the payment in full then lets just take our fence back. A contract doesn't work like you think it does... YOU can't name your own price after you have have signed and agreed to an amount just because the fence you chose and watched the men installed for TWO days ended up not to your liking. Maybe if you would of told us when we installed the first 2-3 sections we could of stopped and figured out a solution but you ONLY brought up the fact that you had gotten the wrong fence installed (which you did not) at the end of the 2nd day when you had to pay and you tried to name your on price."

I was looking to have a 6 feet tall PVC fence and gate put up in my backyard. I called All Island to make an appointment and Bob Lundy came out to give me an estimate. His price was the best I received for 50 feet of white PVC fence and a gate. I also got a few other estimates from other companies, but decided to go with All Island. On the day of the install two workers came out and they were prompt, courteous, and professional. They came back the following day to install the gate after the posts had dried. The quality of the work and fence were outstanding. Would highly recommend.

Bob the saleperson was very professional and nice. The first attempt to install I realized the mearsurements were incorrect and I couldn't compromise and accept a final product I did not want so I had asked they can go back and re-make the arbor and gate to fit a different measurement. Although the foreman was a bit agressive with me on the first attempt, in the end I got what I wanted and am very happy Don called to straighten it all out. The product looks fantastic. I just hope the products last and there are no issues going forwrad, and if there are I would hope they honor their 10 year warranty promise. Thank you All Island!

This was a bad experience. The salesman who we initially met with, Bob, to discuss installation and the types of fence available was very nice. That was where the good experience ended. The installers who got dropped off at my home barely spoke English, didn't know where the fence was supposed to go, left odds and ends undone and to top it off, they cracked the main drain pipe from my pool while installing a portion of fence near my filter.
Noticed your response when I went back to find a new fence company to complete the job I wouldn't let you complete last year. You're right, it wasn't you, it was me. I just couldn't understand your expert crews excellent english and them cracking the main drain to my pool was my fault for not flagging to them that they were digging two feet from my pool filter and there were likely pipes in the area. Hey, at least they were smart enough to cut and run after water started filling my yard so my wife could handle it. Thanks for clarifying. Keep up the good work.

"we apologize for your experience with us. We want to assure you that the crewmen you had at your house were and have been qualified to work with us for years, and yes, while they do not speak perfect English they do speak it and understand it very well. In your case the rep was not really clear on where the fence line was going and the crew did not want start without first rectifying with you the homeowner where you wanted the fence to go. Your pool draining pipe was not visible - We mark out all of our jobs for the main water, gas and electric lines but they do not mark private installed lines (sprinklers or pool pipes) and unless the homeowner tells us approx where they are - we are not able to see them. We are sorry this happened, and about your experience with us!"

it started very well and ended very well, michelle is a great honest lady that know what she is doing;
the issues i had was that they don't communicate after the sales and its very hard to get a sense of when and how they will execute the project.
the contractor are are and and the quality is good, i had some issues gap under the fence but they came and fixed right away.
the price was not to high and not cheap, i think overall they are doing a very good job and there is high value for the money you spend.

Let me preface my review by saying their sub-contractor was very professional and did a great job. Unfortunately that wasn't the entire experience.
After showing the estimator the previously taken down fence that needed to the taken away, the estimator only wrote 20 linear feet on the contract, and we didn't catch it. Called the company and talked to the owner, he said he would not be able to honor a verbal agreement, and would only agree to take the fence away for an additional $120 in fees. The estimator then calls me to tell me, he did not remember seeing the previously taken down fence, which is pretty unbelievable, its literally in the corner of the yard; straight line of sigh from where the fence will be erected. He insisted the best he can do is charge an additional $100 to take all the fence away. The moral of the story is, make sure you read every line of the contract when dealing with this company, because apparently what they say verbally isn't what's they'll uphold. Perhaps verbal agreements aren't legally binding, but a man's word use to mean something.

"I am sorry about your experience with us. We spoke with the sales rep that you dealt with and asked him to be more careful with what promises verbally vs what he writes on the contract. As you can tell from previous reviews this is not how we conduct business, but our reps are human and they do make mistakes and he truly does not remember including what you already had taken down as part of your contract. The extra money you were being charged was just covering the cost for us to go and dump your old fence we were not trying to take advantage of you or the situation. We are truly sorry again!"

Salesman Bob Lundy came at the appointed time. He listened closely to my needs and made suggestions, sketched out what needed to be done and wrote up a tentative contract. He gave me his business card and told me not to hesitate contacting him if I had any issues or questions. I also received two more quotes from two top rated fence companies on Angie's List. All Island beat the other quotes and that included posts cemented into the ground which the others where not going to do.
The installers, Henry and Carlos, came at their appointed time. Henry went over all the details to make sure the job was done right. He informed me that the job will not be completed that day because they needed time for the cement to cure before they hang the gates. Two days later they came back to hang the gates. Henry and Carlos did a great job and were very respectful and courteous. The company is very professional.

They were horrible. They were just atrocious. They were supposed to do a job and show up on a Saturday morning and they ended up showing up around 4:00 and I actually missed the family party because I had to be there. I wanted to discuss the job and how upset I was with the owner and the owner would never call me back. They installed the fence and I said that I will only give the check to the owner. They threatened to rip out the fence after they installed it unless they got the check. It's a disgraceful company. The owner never called me back even after that. I gave them the check because I didn't like people ripping it up because I have a pool and I couldn't have my pool exposed without having a fence. The owner never called me back. I was very disappointed. They were late. They were rude. There was no contract that I agreed I had to pay right then and there because I only want to give the check to the owner because I wanted to discuss with the owner how disappointed I was and p***** off that I missed the family party because they were late, didn't show up on time and they were aggressive. They threatened they would rip out the fence. It was just ridiculous. I almost called the cops on them. I'd give them an F on everything. They suck.

Salesman promptly arrived at time scheduled for our appt. thoroughly explained the various options and types of fencing available. He also explained the installation process and provided us with a very good competitive price. Gave us a date they could start and when they would finish the job. Kept right to the schedule they provided at time of sale. Crew arrived did excellent, neat work and cleaned everything up before leaving. A real no hassel experience.

They responded to my call and quickly set up est, appt. Michele was very professional and worked with us to achieve what need to get done. Once set up it took a few days to get a response from the people at the company.
The workers who came were excellent and did a great job with the install. They did the work in half a day. Then they came back to hang the gate on the cemented in steel posts. All work was does right, all posts cemented in. Cleaned up work area,

From the beginning it went smooth. Michelle met with us and went over everything and answered all our questions. It went extremely well. The guys came on time and did excellent work. They made sure we were happy with the job and came back to make sure everything was done correctly.

I wanted a vinyl fence installed to replace a neighbor's wood stockade fence that fell apart. Called All Island and after discussion we made an appointment for a salesman to stop by. I found the price very reasonable by comparison and was impressed with the quality of their product. The sections have metal inserts to keep them from sagging over time.
The installation crew arrived 3 June 2015 shortly before 4 pm and went to work. They were done around 5:30 a left a few minutes after. They cleaned up whatever debris there was. They cut rectangular holes in an existing vinyl post to connect with the new pieces. The fence is level and plumb; I saw the man check it with a level and make adjustments as he went. They put concrete around the base of the posts deep enough that they could cover the concrete with dirt after installation. Great job!
