He refused to put underlayment after being told. When job was complete. Floors click when you walk on them. Would not take my phone calls to remedy the situation. Tried to tell me the tiles would adhere to concrete slab in their own. Floor was uneven and he was told to install underpayment which I would have paid for. Horrible person.
