SOLAR GLASS INC

1st one he did was not squared off properly, and one end had correct measurement, but the other wasmtoo long. Edge on a slight slant. Glass wouldnt fit in its spot. He did a replacement piece, and this timenit was squared properly, but measurement was 1/16 inch to big. He told me to "get the **** out of his store" and slapped my hand away. I had to call the police. US tape site tells you that the first inch is off by 1/16 inch due to metal clip. Metal clip must be included in measurement. His metal clip of tape measure was on outside of edge. And for 40 years he never knew this. Want to be tough guy with his head up his *** he is. Threatening me and coming in my face.

They told me to send them photographs which I did but I never heard from them. I would use them they aren't too many around. However, they never responded to the email photos that I sent of the job I wanted done. That explains why I gave them a D.

Excellent!  They returned the windows, with new glass, the next day by noon as promised.  Really excellent service.  I was impressed and appreciative.  Steve is a good guy who does what he says he will do. 

JUST GREAT

I called at 9:00 AM, they came and measured, and by 12:00 PM the job was finished.

They gave me an estimate over the phone. They were very courteous when they were there working. They came the same day to look and get measurements for the glass.
