Jimmy did the 1st and 3rd floor of my property and all was going well until I happened to drop by to find him incoherent, WHILE ON MY PROPERTY HAVING HIS CREW DOING THE WORK. I am not going to speculate as to why he was incoherent however, following this date he became extremely difficult to work with. Getting in contact with him was a nightmare. When we would finally be able to get him on the phone, he would assure us heâ d be available at a specific time just to be a no call, no show. This happened 3 times and after the 3rd time I decided to source another contractor. Absolutely horrible experience.
