The contractor cut phone . cctv, and alarm wiring which he "cannot find anymore".
- The contractor can't find the keys to the exterior french doors.
They did not level the floor under the stove, he did not level the stove either.
The pedestal sink installation is shoddy as is all wall molding joints
The french door exterior caulking is shoddy
Kitchen floor grout is cracking
Counter wall grout is cracking
Kitchen ceiling is cracking
We were to resolve all these issues,
I have all email and phone correspondence
There was a court case involved which stated they need to rear then issues.
I asked them for a 2 week notice to get the work done since we are are an active family of 5 and the kitchen is "the hub" of the house.
After 6 requests I still have not been given a date....hence writing this complaint.
