The experience starts out wonderful. Billy initially goes above and beyond - until he receives his full payment. He then wouldn't return phone calls, wouldn't complete the unfinished work, and wouldn't correct the imperfections. He gave me a verbal guarantee, but it was not included in the warranty. We feel as if we now have no recourse. After months of attempts to resolve the matter, it has proved to be a very frustrating experience. To spend $50,000 on this job to have no recourse is infuriating. We've tried to give him the opportunity to make it right and he has completely blown us off. I would not recommend this company.
