Ivkosic Painting

The job was totally unprofessional with no sanding or priming; therefore after a few months all the paint is bubbling. I brought this to the attention of Garchester, our management company . The painter called and made an appointment to come to my house; NO SHOW. I then called him and left a message which was not returned. This is not a company interested in customer service. Lots of painters out there and I would steer you away from this one.

The entire process went very smoothly. They were friendly, prompt, and helpful in giving an estimate. The work took the amount of time that they said it would, and we are happy with the results. They ended up needing to do some extra patching and repairing of plaster for the job, and did not charge extra to do this. Highly recommended.

Very well. It looks very good. We talked about small touchups needed which they agreed to come back for. My walls were quite old plaster and needed refinishing. Trim came out great and they were willing to remove a built-out closet and strip some areas as needed. The cost was quite reasonable. They also advised a bit on colors. I appreciated Steve's directness, availability, and cordial demeanor.

They were the best painters that I have ever dealt with. They were extremely cordial, very pleasant. They were very reasonable and comparable with the other painters I got quotes from.
