Prompt, phoned me for progress and arrival time, all the staff were pleasant and professional.
Less expensive than I expected, less than their appraisal, very satisfied.

When George came to see the inventory two days before the move, he quoted me $650 for packing.  The final price was $1200 for packing.  On the day of the move, every two minutes, I heard Richie say, "Can I have another wardrobe?"  (Wardrobes cost $35 each.)  I said, "Are you putting three things in each box?"  He said he resents me saying that.  He said he's doing me a favor using those boxes, because he can fit a lot more in them.  When I was unpacking, I saw that the clothing was very loosely packed.  He could have fit much more.  George also said they would be finished by 4.  They finished at 6:30.  I have a waterbed, which I can't use, because the liner disappeared.  I also saw them dragging my vinyl mattress on the street.  I asked them to pack my kitchen.  After they left, I saw that they'd neglected to take the toaster oven, the juicer, the dish drainer and the dish racks from the cabinet and contents of refrigerator.  Richie kept telling me that I was late, because I wasn't finished packing when they got there.  I told the purveyor two days prior that I would need help.  I'm sorry I used them and I wouldn't use them again.

They are the best, and I would never even consider using anyone else! They are extremely careful.  We’ve never had any issues with broken or damaged items. Their employees are efficient, and I’d give them my highest recommendation!

Tufano handled my moving job absolutely flawlessly. From the time I contacted her (only 4 days before the move) through the completion of the work, the owner, Ann Tufano, was a pleasure to deal with... polite and overwhelmingly efficient. I was able to hire a crew instantly, she checked back the day before the job to confirm that everything was as agreed upon, and then got her crew to my father's apartment exactly when she had promised. Once they arrived, they acted completely professional and were a pleasure to deal with. Even though Tufano requires a slightly high minimum number of hours than other companies (5 as opposed to 3 or 4), I would recommend them with great enthusiasm.
