Asked for estimate for sanding, staining and poly. Of two rooms to match remainder of first floor. The rooms are open plan and go right from room to room. Scheduled them based on reasonable estimate and after they sanded the first day asked what color stain I needed to match existing floor. Was told the estimate was only for sanding and poly. Cost me an additional $400 for the stain. Now the cost was not reasonable, $300 more than other estimates. I would never have chosen them. Rude salesman, rude owner, nice employees. Only good thing that came out of it is floor looks good.

I had my floors done years ago but they were scratched and dull and in desparte need of a redo. I also wanted to really darken the color I worked woth Joey who was extremely knolwledgable and helped me to achieve the exact color I wanted. The floors look great and exactly what I wanted! They were on time, professional and left the place spotless.
