This is probably the worst experience I have had with a contractor, plumber, or any repair/maintenance contractor I have had in home in the twenty years I have been here. It started when he left me here with two "day laborers" who upon arrival I asked them to make sure the door to the outside was closed since I had two house cats which they left wide open,  followed by them placing a large tub of grouting fluid spilling on my antique carpet and then leaving a razor from a box cuter in between my glass shower doors.. Franklin, the owner did remove a vanity and replace with another that I had purchased but he failed to correctly connect the drain pipe properly in same vanity and after weeks of calls for him to return, which he never did, I had to hire an outside plumber to complete the job. He in addition told me that my pipes for laundry had to be "vented" so there would be no back flow into the shower of the bath enjoining the laundry. He failed to snake the drain before this "venting" process and never silicone caulked the new PVC pipe. Again I had to hire a subsequent plumber to finish the job. This was after countless emails and phone calls which he never returned. If you are in the market for a contractor that epitomizes what the public feels about sleazy, unreputable, unresponsive and unprofessional manners than this is the man and company for you. He should be run out of business and any and all licenses he possesses revoked.
