My Mother called this provider on Friday morning and he arrived at her home, as promised, that same Friday afternoon. After examining her washing machine, he advised her that she would pay the same amount to repair the machine as she would to purchase a used model. He told her that she already knew the machine she had, which would not be the case if she purchased a used machine from him or another appliance dealer. He was very polite, respectable and put my Mother at ease with his knowledge, courtesy and honest answers to her questions. He brought his son, as his apprentice and seemed to be a patient teacher, explaining the importance of having a good work ethic and molding a future Angie' List provider.

Although my Mother called regarding her washing machine, she was so pleased that she asked Eddie to check her dryer to ensure the lint trap was clear and the tubing unobstructed, since she herself never does this. It's a goo thing that she did so, because the tube bad become so engorged with lint that it has split in two! This could have easily caused a fire. Eddie was prepared and replaced the tubing on the spot. We will definitely call upon this provider again.

I was referred to Dependable Home Appliance about 10+ years ago when my washing machine stopped working. Over the past 10+ years, Eddie has fixed my washer, dryer, refridgerator, dishwasher and most recently, my oven. He is always on-time, dedicated, very honest and very reasonably priced. I have never had an issue with any of the applicances that he has fixed. If an appliance is not fixable, Eddie will not try to fix it just to get the money. He will honestly give you his opinion and allow you to make the choice to fix or replace.
There are so many untrustworthy folks in this business today. It's difficult to tell when you're being schemed. I have never had that experience with Eddie or anyone else that works for/with him. I highly recommend him to my family and friends and will continue to use him for any appliance repairs.

I had used them before to repair my oven door and was quite pleased with the service.
Called on Tuesday to have a belt replaced on my 20+ year old Kenmore dryer. Said they would be there between 9 and 12 on Wednesday. Eddie called when they were on their way and were there by 10 AM. Turned out needed more than just the belt and they explained it to me and quoted the full cost. They had to go back to the shop for the additional parts, but were back within 15 minutes. Eddie and his assistant (sorry I did not get his name) had the job done quickly and efficiently. The dryer works great now. 90 day warranty on work done.
Would not hesitate to use them again. Very polite, very efficient gentlemen. Very pleased with the job.

They gave me a good machine for a good price, delivered it and took the old one away.
