If I could rate this company higher than A I would have! This was a completely excellent experience for me from start to finish. I have never had a septic tank pumped out before, so wasn't even sure how to request it. No problem, because the lady who answered the phone knew everything. I made an appointment for the following Friday when I could be home, and Dave arrived right on the dot, ready to go. He took a look around to see what his best access was, and he was very mindful of any issues I had with where he could drive his truck across my lawn. I had already uncovered the cap to the tank, so Dave took care of everything else. He did accept my offer to bring a hose over so he could rinse the tank and his equipment. Dave took care of recapping the tank and cleaned well enough that I can't tell he was ever here. I was pleasantly surprised at the price of $199.80 because I had expceted closer to $300. Maybe it makes a difference what size tank you have or something. After Dave had picked up, he stayed and we chatted for close to 1/2 an hour. He was very pleasant and knowledgable. The next time I need septic work I'm not even shopping around. I'm just calling John's Septic, and I recommend anyone else needing septic work do the same.

we contacted this service to pump out our septic tank as it had been many years since this was done. The service man arrived 1 hour earlier than expected which is totally unheard of in this age of "sometime between 9 and 5 one day next month". He was courteous and the job was done very quickly. While he ran the hose over 70 feet he made sure not to damage garden plants and flowers
