The meeting was very helpful.  Unfortunately, the price was well beyond what I had anticipated, and beyond my budget, so we could not proceed.  They did however take a water sample and assess our water condition, and determined that the salinity of my water was much higher than desirable.  Their recommendation, get municipal water.  This was honest, direct, and frankly tremendously valuable advice that helped me decide how best to move forward, and (to their credit) they did this all without making any money from me.  I was happy with the consultation, and I assume that their level of professionalism demonstrated in this would extend to their actual work.

Hubbard was prompt - the plumber came right on time. He was professional - introduced himself, showed his badge, looked me in the eye and shook my hand. He was courteous - put on booties whenever he entered the house and we had a friendly chat. He gave me a price quote promptly and was able to fix the problem right away in less than 1/2 hour. He even tidied up the bathroom when he was done. I called them because last month Hubbard came out for a last minute call to fix and replace my sewer pump. I had drainage work done recently and while everything was dug out for drainage, they noticed the sewer pump was not working. Hubbard came out immediately and were very professional and got it resolved quickly. Because of that, I used them again this morning and will continue to call them for my plumbing needs.

They were neat and very friendly. That got it done right away. They came out because I water was not getting hot they fix that at no charge. We have a newer water heating system that has an all electrical panel.

There is nothing to dislike. They are very knowledgeable and efficient and they try to service you in a timely manner.
