 + -1 moreThe furnace only heated half the home. He could not adjust it to work when he came to remedy the problem. It cost me over $4200 to get proper ducting installed. Nolan claimed no responsibility. I would not recommend him to anyone.

 + -1 moreIn Small Claims Court, Paul Nolan submitted as evidence, Defendant's Exhibit C, a document that wasn't dated and completed in pencil which the Court accepted into evidence and his lawyer agreed. I objected, and the objection was noted. I later checked the information on the exhibit only to find it did not match my home. This is clearly a case of poorly performed work about which a homeowner has little recourse except to say that no one should do business with Nolan Plumbing & Heating of 1264 Jones Road, Ilion, NY 13357.
Description of Work: Paul Nolan installed a furnace and ducting in my home. It only heated about 50% of the house. When he was called and came to correct the problem, he only closed off one duct to the master bedroom and set the furnace fan to high. When we no longer trusted his ability, we contacted a reputable provider who corrected the problem by installing the proper size ducts at a cost of $4200. We took Paul Nolan to Small Claims Court where he stood on an expired statute of limitations. We had only raised the money to fix the problem by 2009.
