Pleasant to deal with initially. Prices were fair to very good. Work started off fine but several weeks into the project Eric and his team disappeared for days and weeks on end. They didn't return messages left at the store or on Eric's cellphone. Many appointments to finish the work were broken. At the end of the day, it was an awful experience. Sad, because the actual work is pretty good. We called him in to do some touchup work after the house had settled. He offered a date. I followed up two days in advance to confirm. He confirmed and never showed up. Unless you want heartache, avoid this company.
