Monro Muffler Brake & Service

I would say that the gentlemen who manages this place, is excellent. He is really the face up there, talk about professionalism. He is great. The price startles me a bit, and we generally will wait longer than generally suggested.

They do a good job at least when it comes to tires, I haven't done mufflers in facts I have the original mufflers in my car or brakes there so I don't know how they do on that area with getting, putting on new tires and taking care of the tires are fine.

It went very well. They didn't call me when I expected, so I ended up reaching out to them and they told me my car was ready. A tad annoying but once they gave me the price, I was blown away. $52 for all those services!! If you're looking for cost effective, I would def recommend.

Thorough inspection. Found an issue with the brakes that was repaired at a reasonable price. Call for an appointment as they are always busy. I can't recommend using the Monro.com website for making appointments, though. They don't seem to get through.

They left the cap off my oil tank and as a result, oil went all over the engine. I understand that was a mistake. My other complaint is that every time I go in with a coupon for an oil change, they find something wrong with my car. On one occassion they told me my brake fluid needed to be changed. So, I went to my regular mechanic and he changed it. The next time I went back to Monro they told me again that my brake fluid needed to be changed. I told them it was just changed. Every time I go in for an oil change, they tell me something is wrong. Then I take the car to my regular mechanic and he tells me I don't need whatever service Monro said I needed. I'm guessing they are pressured to do this but as a result, I prefer not to go there.

Excellent service, they had previously done the brakes and did an excellent job. They had to order the parts and were able to get the repair complete in the same day the parts were received. Friendly, prompt service and always willing to take a look at the car and give you an estimate quickly. Very professional.
