They were on time and did a very professional job. I mentioned that I also had a small sauna stove chimney which they looked at and told me it didn't need cleaning. I will use them again.

They were on time, polite, and fully involved in their work. They not only answered all my many questions, but gave me the heads up on other things I needed to know about my fireplace insert. I feel confident they did a good job, and will definitely call them again.

- Arrived on time
- Were very courteous
- Prepared the cleaning sites by putting down clean tarps from the house entrance to the units to be cleaned
- Took everything apart and did a meticulous cleaning of both the chimneys and the wood burning stoves
- Cleaned up all evidence that they were ever there
- Did NOT try to sell me things I didn't need.
