He mowed the lawn - never responded back regarding any other service.  He never returned phone calls, e-mails, or notes on invoices.  They were here for nine minutes, never trimmed or cleaned up.  We called a week in advance to request every other week service when dry season hit and there was no lawn to mow - as usual no call back to acknowledge our request and they charged us for the service the day they shouldn't have come even though we caught them and told them we requested every other week.
