Plumber took off his mask on two separate visits. He i unrestrained in expressing extreme political views. The service is breathtakingly expensive. Scott Cleveland, the owner, is rude, curt and unapologetic. After spending 5 figures, it is clear he values our loyalty to him with no loyalty to us. One review suggests the company should move to Cleveland. That is too cruel for any city.

They brought in a huge machine to unclog the plug. Chipped front stairs with the machine. Owner didn't seem to care. Had one of his friends come over and make it worse. Now it collects water and chips and separate during winter. Used another company for recent major job. Will not be using Cleveland plumbing anytime soon.

The mechanic, Dave from Cleveland Plumbing was excellent - kept appointment time, diagnosed the problem, ordered the equipment and returned to replace the toilets all in one day. I had had previous terrible service from Superior Plumbing and the home warranty company that ordered them to address my problem from February 2017 to May 2017 when I was finally able to have Cleveland Plumbing be assigned. Therefore, I could not use the home warranty company even though they had authorized the work. However, I was very satisfied with the work I paid for through Cleveland Plumbing - they finally saved me! The office was efficient and pleasant - even refunded me the $100.00 service fee I paid that would have been associated with the home warranty company if that would have worked out. I couldn't have been more pleased with how professional Cleveland Plumbing is - and I have had no further problems with my toilets!

Very professional gentlemen, Mike and James. They were prompt and was able to fix the problem with my drain. Would definitely call Cleveland again when I have a plumbing problem.

Hyde Park would be best served if Cleveland Plumbing moved to Cleveland Ohio. We got screwed. We needed a pump replacement. We were given the wrong solution, overcharged and re-charged. We ended up paying almost $6,000 for something that should have cost around $2,000 with material that was marked up 300%. The owner has made gouging part of his business profile. There seems to be an alarming amount of on line dissatisfaction with Cleveland Plumbing of Hyde Park. All you need to do is check.

The boss was oblivious he had such a crook on his team! Lrt him in your dooe and you might end up with an empty house. Be warned..........dangerous man and oh so nice to your face!!! SHOCKING *******!

The provider came fairly soon after calling, and was prompt.  Discovered problem immediately.  Cost not entirely his fault, which is why I gave a B.  The faucet itself was VERY expensive, and the only one immediately available to solve our problem.  I authorized the use of this faucet.
The repairman was very upfront about the cost, and made sure I authorized any expenses.  The work was completed in a timely and professional manner.

They do a good job, great job.  They are good.  I have used them before and they are always good.  Their responsiveness is good.  They are on time.  I am pleased with them.

At 4am we realized we had frozen heating pipes on the second floor of our home and therefore no heat.  Outside temps were 15 degrees below zero during the night.  After phoning several plumbers Scott Cleveland returned our call and send Dave to fix the problem.  Dave was courteous and knowledgeable and within an hour and a half he had restored the heat to the second floor.

We understand that the reason the price seemed high to us was the flat rate of $250 to use the thaw tool.

No details needed. Pretty hard to beat for service and price. These folks have apparently operated in the area for years. Top notch. I'll use them again for all my plumbing needs.

It went very well, considering that we thought it would be a quick look-see and filing some paperwork, and it turned out to be something major. He was cognizant of the fact that we were going to have to spend a great deal of money for the repair, money that we didn't expect to be spending, and he was kind enough to give us a discount. His team did everything very professionally with great attention to detail. They were punctual and stayed all day until the job was completed. They explained everything that they had done to me after it was finished. It was obvious that they cared about everything being done correctly to the letter and took no shortcuts. They took their job very seriously. They were polite and the place was immaculate when they were finished. The fee was very reasonable for such high quality work. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if the need arose.

I give them higher ratings and will use them again in the future.
